Singapore's most-decorated brewmaster.

Mitch is an award-winning certified brewmaster with over a decade of brewing experience across Russia, Germany, China and Singapore. A dedicated beer enthusiast devoted to authenticity and quality control, he believes in the unlimited possibilities of continuous improvement. Since joining Brewerkz as Head Brewer in 2019, Mitch has led the brewing team to become Singapore Country Champion at the Asia Beer Championship three years running, with Brewerkz also crowned Champion Mid-Sized Brewery of Asia twice. His namesake low-ABV NEIPA, Still Mitch, has earned back-to-back recognition at the Asia Beer Championship in 2024 and 2025.

The Brewery

Founded in 1997, Brewerkz is one of Singapore's pioneering craft breweries. Operating from its brewhouse at Riverside Point along the Singapore River, the brewery produces a wide range of handcrafted beers β€” from classic European styles to bold, locally inspired creations.

Under Mitch's leadership since 2019, Brewerkz has become Singapore's most-awarded craft brewery, earning multiple Champion titles at the Asia Beer Championship.
